A personalized redemption code is generated using the recipient’s information and must be entered at checkout to apply the value of this certificate.

 

• Valid for one-time use. This certificate is non-transferible and may only be used by the original recipient.

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Must be presented or code entered at time of purchase.

• Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of this certificate or code is not the responsibility of the store.

• Any remaining balance after redemption will not be issued as cash.

• If purchase exceeds certificate value, customer must pay the difference.
